After having cleared MBA entrance exams with valid scores , it is now second leg of very important step to clear GD or Group Discussion round which are being conducted at present at various B schools for MBA admissions.
GD is formal test to judge MBA aspirant whether he /she is having multidimensional qualities like leadership, taking initiative, communication, domain knowledge, handling situations, tolerance power, interpersonal skills, team work , judgmental skills etc.
As test, Group Discussion is very tricky because either you clear it or you are rejected and that too happens in near 25 minutes hence, it is must for aspirants to practice for GD beforehand with multiple subjects and update your GK regularly.
