At present many a B schools are conducting GD for those aspirants who are having valid CAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA scores. For aspirants this exercise is a do or die situation as either you can be selected for PI or get rejected in GD.
GD is an opportunity for aspirant to showcase his/her capabilities on leadership qualities, communication skills and domain knowledge. The more aspirant remains focused on GD topic, the chances are high that participant will be successful. Let the aspirants understand that GD is overall testing pattern to judge aspirant’s professional learning capabilities.
