GD or Group Discussion is a test of
checking your nerves in crunch situations. How you react, behave in a
particular situation matters a lot. In businesses many a times, as Manager you
are bound to handle situation which may impact business.
Both internal and external factors can
affect image of Brands for which you may be accountable in an organization. At
that time qualities of leadership, decision making process, situation handling
can make you succeed. These skills can be learnt also but certain instincts
have to be inborn and have to be there right from the beginning.
You will be judged on the above qualities
in Group Discussion or GD hence, as MBA aspirant you must ensure that
positivity and officer like manners are nourished within you and it should be
major part of your DNA.
