The moment you are before selection panel, all eyes are
looking at you with the same curiosity which you have had yourself before you
faced PI panel. In fact similar anxiety will prevail to understand each other,
after all personal Interview is one to one session.
You have been declared eligible with valid scores and now
you are being judged more on your responses both verbal and non verbal. You
will be asked some teething questions in simple way just to judge your maturity
level. Your reactions will be noticed and chances are high that you may be
asked few questions based on your replies and gestures.
Self confidence with disciplined body language, visualizing
for bright future and focus on career are top attributes to exemplify maturity
as that will succeed you at Personal Interview.
