MBA aspirants who will be participating in Group Discussion need to understand that your Interpersonal skills will be at anvil. Selection panel will be watching you with a hawk eye to note whatever you are speaking and more so how you are reacting to co group members. 

This skill is needed for team building process so if you are good at it, you will be perceived as a good team player. 

It is indeed important to build up skill of interaction with positive outlook for every aspect and try to see hidden meaning of the statements of other group members.
