Those who
think that after having MBA degree they will be placed in a company with the
networking facility of placement cell of Institute must forget this ideal
scenario.
Companies
are demanding certain employability skills such as perfect communication power,
adaptability skills, can do attitude and willing to learn more.
Above skills
have to be improved by yourself only and institute has already created learning
environment for you in form of learning resources, case studies, visiting
faculty and industry interaction programs.
Besides theory, by and large you are expected
to understand industry scenario and with your own SWOT to explain and convince
the selection panel that you are the right candidate for company.
Both GD &
PI will be different during placement as you will be tested for your those
skills which you have adapted after MBA and you will be selected only on
merits.
