It’s a dialogue in GD

Group discussion is a test wherein your other skills like communication, confidence level, listening power, adaptation, leadership and domain knowledge are tested. 

Naturally GD is not a debate or monologue rather it is a dialogue among group of people. You are expected to speak at your turn and deliver your sentences which must focus on assigned topic. 

The more you involve others in group; it will be best as that will give you an opportunity to lead the group. This can be possible with an attitude of maintaining dialogues with your co group members in GD. 

Chances are high that you will be able to maneuver your stance and Come up with best solution or conclusion on topic. The moment you achieve this, ideally you should be declared as leader of group. Then you are a winner in GD.
