You are expected to speak and communicate at your best in GD
which is essentially a test to know your soft skills like verbal communication,
body language, leadership and attitudinal aspects.
You can’t afford to
speak for which others either feel offended or don’t buy your point. If you are
focusing on theme of topic and remain in tune with subject matter, Chances are
high that you will be heard.
Factual facts related to topic must be presented and you
should be sure on what you are saying because others are waiting to counter you
in GD and since it is competition, you might be cornered if you are out of
focus.
GD being subjective by nature has to be taken seriously with
ensured positive participation. Domain knowledge and presentation is the key to
be successful in GD.
