Over a period of time test prep institutes have almost
conditioned MBA aspirants for Group Discussion and on the premise to show
leadership qualities, candidates started shouting in GD.
Because of the above reason selection panel at B-Schools got
worried on the quality and selection process was getting hampered.
Hence, Extempore Speech have replaced GD in few B-Schools
and the aspirants are asked to speak for 5 minutes on any assigned topic.
The moment candidate starts speaking, the audience can judge
the communication power, focus, body language and positive attitude which is
