Over a
period of time MBA aspirants have been under the impression that during GD
leadership qualities are being judged by admission selection panel.
Of course
you will be judged on the above quality but you will equally judged on your
communication power and toleration power.
GD is not a
platform for shouting or raising voice because this will lead you to a
negativity and you might go out of focus from subject which must have assigned
to you.
Better would
be to suave and decent to your fellow GD participants, understand their point
of view and even if you have to rebut any of their point, be humble and take
permission to counter the point and give your own view to lead and give
direction to the entire GD.
