We were a
group of ten aspirants and were given GD topic “ Flexi office timings” The
topic was very easy, that was our first
reaction to each other and had a broad smile before greeting each other before
GD selection panel.
We all spoke
well and consumed our allotted time in perfect way while concluding that we
don’t mind not having fixed salary with variable packages but we positively
need flexi office timings so that we can enjoy our personal life.
But to our shock
when the result was announced and we all as a group were rejected by GD panel
as they were strictly adhering to their set parameters.
Later we
realized that we almost shouted and to derive points we started debating and
also went out of focus from the topic.
Group Discussion is not a debate but a discussion. GD panel is looking in to your
skill set of leadership and communication qualities within a stipulated time.
