debated that that leaders are born and not made. These are the arguments of
passé, today world has changed. Management taught us how to develop leadership

political arena must not be taken in right perspective because they are not
exemplary and they play with emotions of poor’s.
Honing
leadership quality is not an art but a skill which can be learned and devolved.

institutes impart knowledge so that leaders can be made and these leaders are
would be managers who lead by example and open to all criticism but they are
winners in any eventuality.
