New IIMs have started new pattern of testing candidate on WAT or Written Ability Test. Since test prep institutes over a period of time have guided MBA aspirants in such a way that GD looks more of stereo typed shouting platform or some call it fish market place. Why to fear at PI?

PI is almost added with GD and is final hurdle to be in a B School. PI has its own implications as the moment you sometime are not able to perform; chances of rejection can be anticipated. With those thoughts you get further alienated and get in loop of uncertainty.

Most of the time PI is a test for studying the state of mind. Circumstances at a particular day / time can spoil the show for you so come what may, it is must for you to be strong mentally and keep calm within you.
