It is perceived that after having scored high percentile in MBA entrance exam, you are bound to be grilled for second round of admission cycle in arias of WAT, Essay, and GD & PI.

You can appear in many exams like CAT, XAT, IIFT, SNAP, NMAT and CMAT. Even scoring high percentile in these exams there is no guarantee that you will be selected.

B schools are of the view that they are looking forward to great quality aspirants who can be converted to a future manager and can meet aspirations of corporate.

MBA aspirants can make a note of it that you can motivate MBA admission selection panel through your motivational WAT. You need to write WAT with focus on creative writing, neat handwriting, and message giving conclusion.

Brevity is the soul of mind so write short sentences, ensure that thoughts are not repeated and keep focus on topic.

WAT can be treated as a tool to persuade panel members to ask you questions in PI based on your thoughts which you have expressed in WAT.  That is the prowess of WAT.

You can think of enunciating new idea or repeat some great idea with new dimension so to give your own perspective.

Remain formal with selection panel in PI

MBA aspirants will soon be facing Personal Interview after having been selected in WAT / Essay / Extempore Speech / GD. Most of the time you will be greeted with informal way by selection panel so that you remain at ease to give your best.

PI is essentially a one to one chat wherein you are expected to come up and showcase your inner personality to the panel. In the process some of you might get swayed with informal chat and mistake can be committed to become a little friendly and that may be some times suicidal hence, you should remain formal with selection panel in PI.

It is advised to practice in front of mirror and speak with yourself that will give you confident to be successful in PI.

Beating around the bush is prohibited in PI!

MBA aspirants always get anxious before facing PI but forget that you are about to face one to one interaction and even selection panel is also curious to reaffirm your capabilities which you have exhibited till now in entrance exam followed by WAT/Essay or GD.

Radical thinking or divergent views are acceptable but need to be framed in logical trajectory of topic.
