Failures are a result of
not being able to meet your goals. So, you need to convince your admission
selection panel in PI that you have learnt valuable lessons from past failures
and that you have enhanced your skills to become a better and a successful
business leader.
If you failed to complete
a certain project on time and consider that to you had been a failure, share
with your interviewer the reason for failing to complete that task on
time.
Everyone has been in
situations in which he/she has faced failures. So, expand upon this and shine
light on one instance in which you have failed.
So don’t have fear psychosis of failure in PI. Be sure
whatever your answers are and reply with firm conviction. That way you are sure
that confidence is on top and selection panel likes it!
