Common factor remains to judge your communication power which is the essence of GD. You are at risk of getting dropped if this soft skill is poor. 

After all; you are aspiring to be a Manager hence, it must be understood that business communication power is the panacea for any successful manager. What’s that idea which can’t be communicated and then not being understood by the audience? 

Besides above, your other soft skills like leadership, Interpersonal skills, positive attitude are at anvil in GD.

Overnight you won’t be able to develop certain skills hence, practice and read variety of GD Topics which will lead you to success!

How should we have winning attitude?

We all know that attitude building process is not easy and requires will power to do so. Attitude is a skill which can be acquired and polished in a phased manner. 

Agreed that with failures we get bogged down but we can positively learn lessons. Failures leave us nowhere and we feel cornered but inside us we get a message to rework on shortcomings. 

Human body is an exemplary lead for us to understand the phenomenon of immunization and fighting with germs so that we can live healthy. Nature has also been great source of inspiration. 

Meditation is also best supplement to change the course of attitudinal challenges. Let’s take up issue of winning habit and turn it to be a winner always.

Let’s don’t turn back

It’s a natural instinct with us all that we don’t turn back while walking straight but we keep on looking back and discuss past without having realized to take any lesson from the past.

If few of us have not been able to get high percentile in last year exam so let us rejuvenate ourselves & go ahead with full preparation and take on forthcoming exams later this year.

Let the past burry and dead. Future is always exciting for those who prepare and execute well.

Inculcate habit of challenging yourself

It is natural that whenever we aim to achieve big, we are either told or guided to make our mind set that it will be a challenging one.

The other day story emerged in a daily that without full vision a student had the vision to clear IAS with a place in merit list.
