Students who are doing their MBA must understand that industry scenario is changing because of lesser growth and overall poor economic growth.

Job scene is likely to take turn in near future hence; it will be prudent to understand the expectation of Industry before you face placement in coming December. 

You are expected to be at your best and have employability skills like command over English, positive outlook, can do attitude, willing to learn, adaptability skills  and top of all you must be willing to learn how to manage risks.

Are you sure why you want to do MBA ?

Graduates who are likely to finish their last year exam in coming May are already making up their mind to go for MBA but are you sure that why you want to do MBA? 

Is it a peer pressure or a herd mentality? Many of the time it has been observed that graduates are going for MBA without subsidering whether it suits to their personality and is it at par with academic achievement till date.

Just because your friends are planning for MBA, you need not to do so. On the other hand you need to analyze whether it would be good for you to go for post graduation of your graduation honor subject or you need to explore beyond your subjects of graduation.

You must understand that MBA is a degree which you must be willing to learn and practice. There is no exception to the rule that if you are student of management education, you need to remain learner of this category always.

CMAT second test is the best and the last opportunity

If you are one of those who have not attempted previous exam seriously then you are getting golden opportunity to upgrade your scores in forthcoming CMAT which is being held on February 21 to 25, 2013.

This must be last phase of your preparation and hopefully you have practiced with CMAT Mock Tests. Experts suggest to finish exercises at least before one day of exam so that you can feel relaxed and if need arises you can clear up your doubts with your notes. 

CMAT is the last MBA entrance exam and if not taken seriously then one may have to consume another year to get chance. Students who are in final year of graduation may have to treat as last chance for this academic year.

With CMAT you are getting chance to become eligible to apply in more than 2000 AICTE approved B schools at all India level.

MBA program is still the best for getting employed

Graduate students are full of anxiety for getting employment after degree. Why not? They must feel concerned.  Keeping in view that our economic growth will be hovering to 5 % only, we might see a slump in job market.

With the above view absolutely no doubt that graduates must got for MBA program as this is the only degree which can lead them to be placed in employment.
