MBA degree alone may not be enough for getting employment

Students who are doing their MBA must understand that industry scenario is changing because of lesser growth and overall poor economic growth.

Job scene is likely to take turn in near future hence; it will be prudent to understand the expectation of Industry before you face placement in coming December. 

You are expected to be at your best and have employability skills like command over English, positive outlook, can do attitude, willing to learn, adaptability skills  and top of all you must be willing to learn how to manage risks. 

MBA degree alone may not be enough for you to be placed in job market anymore now. You need to learn extra and beyond text books. You must attain employability skills which make you employable.
